Terms of Service

By logging into Case Manager, you acknowledge and agree that you are an authorized representative of the company receiving services from North American Consultants (the “Client”) and agree to these terms applicable to your free access to Case Manager.  If you are no longer an employee of the Client, you should not access this service.  You shall not share your username and password with anyone who is not an authorized representative of our client.  You should not use this information for any purpose other than the internal business purposes of the Client and you shall not attempt to access any other party’s information.

We at North American Consultants kindly ask that our clients only provide your secure company username and password to employees who will be using this service. Should an employee of the Client who has the username and password leave the Client, please change the password immediately to maintain the security of your account.  You are solely responsible for any use of your username and password and any access or use with that password and shall be sole responsibility of the Client.  You should notify us of any unauthorized use of the username and password.  You agree to hold in confidence any confidential information and material accessible through Case Manager.

Case Manager is provided solely as a courtesy service to you and the information included herein is provided on an “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” basis.  North American Consultants makes no makes no warranty regarding the information provided through Case Manager and we EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INACCURACIES OR ERRORS IN OR OMISSIONS IN DATA). UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING TORT, STATUTE, CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER.  GIVEN THAT CASE MANAGER IS PROVIDED TO YOU WITHOUT CHARGE, OUR LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES RELATED TO ANY USE OF CASE MANAGER SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00).  We may terminate your access and use at any time.
